Yes. Number porting is $15 per line. Most numbers port the next business day, though it can take up to 5 business days when scheduled. Any lines being ported over will only be down for a maximum of two minutes.

Yes — we can set up an AI receptionist on request. That said, we usually recommend a forwarding live-agent call center instead. It isn't that the AI doesn't work well; in our experience callers simply prefer a real person and often won't engage with an automated one.
